Resily Project
We are pleased to introduce Resily, our innovative project dedicated to the recovery and enhancement of waste from the self-adhesive label supply chain. This initiative was created with the goal of providing ecological, economic, and brand reputation benefits to sustainable companies that choose to participate.
The name Resily, inspired by circularity, embodies the value of a virtuous project that enables companies to recover silicone-coated paper backings, diverting them from landfill and recycling them into new paper and new labels. This perfectly looped process makes the labels used in the packaging of products such as wine bottles, food containers, and cosmetics truly sustainable.
The key players in the Resily project are LCI Lavorazione Carta Riciclata Italiana and Recos. Recos manages customer contracts, the collection, and the logistics of waste, which is then recycled by LCI. This process allows recycled materials to be reintegrated into the production cycle, giving companies the opportunity to be more sustainable.
